Payments
All transactions are processed securely through approved Payment Gateway, and payments are made in respective
Currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds

digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the purchase is completed. However, if you
encounter technical issues preventing access to your download, please contact our support team within 7 days of
your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel an order or subscription, please contact us immediately at admin@venturatechnologies.in.
Cancellation is only possible before the product is downloaded.
Shipping and Delivery
As our products are digital downloads, there are no physical shipping charges or delivery timeframes.
Delivery Method
After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email containing a download link to access your Articulate
Storyline templates. You can download the templates immediately after payment confirmation.
